A glimpse at the interiors and existing decorating ideas (above) suggest the mansion is firmly rooted in the 21st century, with a sleek neutral color scheme exhibited throughout the property. Stand-out spaces include the light-filled family room that leads to a white kitchen – fitted with a spacious butler’s pantry – and a breakfast room. There is also an eat-in island in the center of the space – perfect for hosting kitchen parties or socializing while cooking. Beyond the main living and dining areas, Kendrick’s new home has a primary suite with a private fireside sitting area. Dirt adds that the bedroom leads to a large ensuite with dual vanities and a clawfoot soaking tub. Other assets include a home library, movie theater, wine cellar, and home gym.
